If we are talking only about the natural displacement of the earth's axis, then this happens regularly, but, apparently, it does not have a big impact either on the planet or on the signs of the zodiac. This happens because our planet, as you know, is not an ideal sphere: the globe is slightly flattened from the poles.
In addition, the distribution of mass across the planet is not uniform, if only because part of its surface is oceans, and part is continents.
As you remember, there is noticeably more land in the Northern Hemisphere than in the Southern, and less in the Western Hemisphere than in the Eastern. These fluctuations are due to any redistribution of mass, such as the melting of glaciers, the absorption of matter by oceanic trenches, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, etc. However, they are very small - it is shown that the geographic axis of the Earth deviates from its axis of rotation at a rate of about 10 centimeters per year, that is, about one degree in one million years.
