Tricks of fortune tellers or how I went to fortune tellers and what lessons I learned. Confession of a fortune teller: Anyone can be scammed out of money - our tricks always work Scam with the deceased

During the New Year holidays, many people show interest in mysticism. Girls tell fortunes about their betrothed, charlatans fill their pockets, and there are shows about psychics on TV. But is it worth seriously believing in all this? Clinical psychologist Marina Grishkevich and master philosophical sciences, Associate Professor, teacher of philosophy, cultural studies, history, logic and religious studies at the Siberian University of Geosystems and Technologies Evgeniy Glebov told how fortune tellers work and how to deal with them.

Mysticism in our heads

Marina Grishkevich says that people’s desire to believe in mysticism and fortune-telling is associated with the so-called magical thinking - when a person is faced with a situation that he cannot cope with, and believes that it is subject only to some higher powers, which cannot be measured or designated. Then a person turns to fortune tellers.

In general, magical thinking has been characteristic of humanity since its inception. The same shamanism, for example. In children, magical thinking manifests itself in the fact that they believe in Santa Claus and that toys are alive. But, in principle, this does not change with age. Many of us, for example, believe in all sorts of signs: spitting over your shoulder, looking at goodbye in the mirror, explains the clinical psychologist.

Evgeny Glebov believes that a person believes in fortune-telling also because that’s how he is designed. We differ from animals in that we live in the future. We need to know what tomorrow will come.

A man is smarter than he thinks. The brain has properties that help us understand the world very well. The brain is aimed at predicting the future; it calculates many events like a good computer, based on incoming information about what we see, hear, and think. And so it itself produces a result that describes one of possible options future, but this scares people because they did not consciously and purposefully think about it, it seemed to happen without their participation (at the time of sleep), although this dream was reproduced by an organ of their body

Still from the movie "Harry Potter"

Thus, a person may have a prophetic dream, and he will perceive it not as good brain function, but as something mystical. Evgeny Glebov notes that in the history of mankind there have always been people who knew how to take advantage of this ability of the brain. But not all of them were decent. For example, a tribal shaman or priest is usually a wise person who understands psychology and knows how to analyze events, and based on this makes assumptions about the future. But when they do this not for the social good, but for their own enrichment, then they pass it off as some kind of activity of higher powers.

Here we see how different kinds of religious systems have developed. They are very convenient for relieving oneself of responsibility for many outrages, which is what many swindlers take advantage of., says the Master of Philosophy.

But if we can obtain all the necessary knowledge about our future ourselves, then why do people turn to other fortune tellers? Firstly, not all people trust their brains; sometimes it is difficult for us to understand our consciousness, and not everyone can easily master the techniques of intelligently calculating the future. And secondly, the philosopher notes that a person thinks like this: if I don’t know my future, then somewhere there definitely must be someone who knows.

Still from the movie "Ghost"

Evgeny Glebov says that, unfortunately, in our time, interest in fortune tellers has increased, as if we were in some kind of Middle Ages. This is all because science has, by and large, discredited itself.

During the Age of Enlightenment, the development of science began. About 400 years ago, the message was this: positive knowledge will bring happiness to people. There is such a cruel joke in the notebooks of Ilf and Petrov: “They promised us that there would be a radio, and we would be happy. There is a radio, but there is no happiness.” And here it’s about the same: science gives results, but there’s still no happiness. People simply see that science does not give happiness, it only gives some positive knowledge, which personally does not bring you any pleasure. Then people turn to fortune telling and mysticism, says the master of philosophy.

Fortune teller method

With predicting the future, everything becomes relatively clear, but how do all these fortune tellers tell people about their past? Evgeny Glebov says that any psychologist can do the same. Moreover, there is such a striking example in Novosibirsk: a psychologist for a long time could not find a job and went to fortune tellers, where she now earns money.

Of course, all these fortune tellers are good psychologists; they know the basic psychotypes of human behavior. Society is structured in such a way that it shapes our behavior, and, accordingly, many people can simply be calculated by their formal way of life, concepts, and so on., explains Evgniy Glebov.

Still from the movie "The Bride"

A clinical psychologist says that fortune tellers are not professional psychologists who have received education and taken some courses, but so-called everyday psychologists. The person did not specifically study this anywhere, but at the same time he has talent, he can predict some things in advance, give a critical assessment of another person. Fortune tellers use various methods that are developed through experience. The more a person communicates with different people, the better he understands them.

So, Marina Evgenievna says that fortune tellers can calmly assess the client’s non-verbal language: posture, gestures... For example, stooped shoulders are some kind of burden of problems. Or notice by intonation that he is more worried about how he feels about certain things.

The master of philosophy also says that there are different methods. For example, if a person is talkative, you can draw a conclusion from a few dozen words about what he was like in the past and determine his social status. Many specialists are able to babble a person so that he will not notice how he is telling everything about himself through small details. In addition, of course, fortune tellers collect information about the person in advance. If you have the Internet, why do you think that the fortune teller doesn’t have it and won’t use it?

And as soon as they make a mistake, they immediately break off contact with the person. The stupidest excuse - interrupted divine power, the smartest one is to just run away and not come back, says Evgeniy Vladimirovich.

Still from the film "Viy"

The clinical psychologist emphasizes that fortune tellers do not have any specifics:

“On the 20th of such a year, don’t get on such and such a bus...” - no, fortune tellers don’t say that. On the contrary, they will speak abstractly. All this looks like a regular horoscope that can suit anyone. There is also this point: the more a person is interested in the help of a fortune teller, the more it will seem to him that the fortune teller is telling the truth.

Marina Grishkevich explains that 70% of the success of fortune tellers is the client’s focus on a certain outcome, so that they really listen to him, so that something is supposedly done to solve the problem.

Say no to obscurantism!

Okay, now that we understand how fortune tellers work, we won’t go to see them. Well, what if your close person Are you still going to see one of these charlatans?

Marina Grishkevich says that it is hardly worth starting a heated argument with such a person. If he is already in the mood, he is unlikely to listen to you. There are three ways to solve the problem. First: try telling the person that this is not the way to solve the problem that can help. Offer another option. Second: if a person does not see another solution to the problem, then offer him your help in solving it. Third: go with him to a fortune teller. This way, you can at least make sure that your loved one does not fall into the clutches of particularly brazen scammers who will extract money from the client.

The main thing is, if you suddenly decide to go with a friend to a fortune teller, do not fall for the tricks yourself, warns the clinical psychologist.

Still from the movie "Ouija: The Devil's Board"

But what to do with the gypsies who pester you on the street? Firstly, you can start acting unconventionally - this will scare them away.

One such story happened 15 years ago. A respectable guy, a decent one, is walking down the street. A fortune teller approaches him: “Listen, dear, let me tell your fortune, I know everything.” And he’s actually an investigator, and he says to her: “Oh, okay, I have an unidentified corpse here, tell me, what’s his name?” She ran away from him, of course— says Evgeny Glebov.

It's also important to take everything with a grain of salt. You can also pester with inflated demands or simply answer “I’m not interested in that.”

Many fortune tellers are simply charlatans and deceive people. How to combat this public interest in mysticism? Evgeny Glebov believes that, firstly, positive knowledge will help here.

Spreading knowledge about the world is very important. Especially now, when very few people have basic knowledge of physics, history, geography, chemistry, astronomy, logic, and so on. It is this knowledge that very often saves us from everyday obscurantism., says the master philosopher.

Secondly, all people need basic psychological knowledge, people need to form positive knowledge about their own brain, if you don’t do this, then you really become a victim of various scammers who do not pursue any other goal other than financial gain.

So you shouldn’t take all these fortune-telling seriously, better study the world and yourself - then not a single psychic can compare with you.

As it was sung in a famous song, “people are designed this way: they want to know what will happen.” It is this weakness that scammers take advantage of. Unraveling their deception is sometimes not easy, especially when the answer to the question is so important that the person is ready to disregard all precautions.

doesn't tell fortunes with cards

We tell you what techniques clairvoyants use to swindle your last money out of you, and how not to fall into their tenacious clutches.

Remote fortune telling

Why travel around villages and villages in search of a whispering grandmother if you can find a magician on the Internet? Here are some ways to give money to a charlatan without leaving your home.

Fortune telling by phone. It's simple: a person describes his problem, and with the help of the fortune teller's leading questions, he tells a little more than he planned. Naturally, the caller bears a terrible curse, and if it is not removed, the troubles will only get worse. Removing damage is an expensive pleasure, but for the sake of a happy life, many are ready to give their last. Such a scam is aimed at the most naive sufferers who blindly believe the soothsayer. People bring money, but after some time they realize that they have been fooled.

Divination on TV. This scheme is more powerful than fortune telling by telephone, because it creates the feeling of personal communication with the magician. Typically, such sessions take place via online broadcasts: the magician stands in front of a glass ball, intensively waves his hands and answers calls from those suffering. He seems to know everything, guesses every problem and answers every question. True, if you decide to call, it turns out that the line is busy: a whole queue of people has lined up to see the magician, you have to wait.

While you are hanging on the line, the scammer is talking to other clients - straw men. And after you get tired of waiting and hang up, you will receive a large bill for a failed conversation.

Prophecy on social networks. This is where it’s easiest for a fortune teller to work: in the victim’s profile you can find all the necessary information. Photos of plane tickets are a long journey, the absence of photos with a lover is the crown of celibacy, sad statuses are damage. Then everything is as usual: you have to pay extra, otherwise it will be bad.

Fortune tellers-psychologists

The troubles that people come with are similar: problems with finances, health, personal life. In a confrontation with a client, any fortune teller will act like a good psychologist: she will question, listen, analyze the situation and convince that everything will be fine if you trust her. Some magic scammers actually have a psychological education, but this in no way justifies them.

A person is designed in such a way that he is ready to believe anyone who brings him good news, and, having heard a good omen, he will give his last money if only the rituals work. Sometimes such sessions really bring results, but there is no magic in this: the placebo effect works. Believing that everything will get better soon, a person gets rid of fictitious problems and boldly looks into the future. He is no longer afraid to leave an unloved job or break off a relationship with an unsuitable person.

Card reading

This type of fortune telling is nothing more than a psychological technique that kills two birds with one stone. Firstly, there is the visual: in a gloomy room, a fortune teller leans over the cards with a distant look, muttering something under her breath - this can inspire trust and awe in the impressionable. Secondly, the “readings” of the cards can be interpreted in different ways: the same layout promises great love and career success for a young girl, and peace in the family and the health of children for an adult woman.

General techniques

No matter what fortune teller you come to, no matter what question you come with, the techniques that will help you fool you will be the same. Let's look at each of them.

The subjective confirmation effect.“You are quite self-critical. They are honest, but there are situations when you have to lie. You value your friends and are ready to sacrifice a lot for them. IN Lately It seems to you that you have taken a wrong turn somewhere. You pride yourself on your integrity and ability to make independent and informed decisions.”

Sounds like you, doesn't it? The secret is that this description suits absolutely anyone. Each of us feels special, not like everyone else, and therefore prophecies supposedly created especially for us are accepted as accurate. Even if something doesn’t match, you can “pull” the prophecy to fit into a given pattern. It is on this principle that most predictions and horoscopes are based.

“I see right through you.” Nobody likes to be interrupted. But when a fortune teller does this, people see something magical, prophetic in it: “Damn, she’s just reading my thoughts!”

I have problems with the day...

I see you are facing financial difficulties! Probably problems with work. You were never appreciated there!

No, everything is fine with work, it’s just very difficult to pay...

I didn’t notice it right away, but now I see: loans! The problem is the financial damage that someone close to you imposed on you!

"You are the chosen one." Each of us feels special, and fortune tellers take advantage of this. Here's how scammers get clients to believe in themselves and give money: “You have great potential, but someone is stopping you from realizing it. I will remove from your life the person who prevents you from becoming richer and happier!”

A liar will never say something like: “You always knew you wouldn’t succeed.” People are more willing to believe positive forecasts, even if they are far from the truth.

Clever Hans effect. A German mathematician lived with an exceptionally smart horse named Hans. He gave an unmistakable answer to any mathematical problem by tapping the required number with his hoof. Later it turned out that Hans was not distinguished by an exceptional mathematical mind, but by sensitivity. The horse felt how the owner tensed when he tapped out the numbers, and how he relaxed when the number of hits coincided with the correct answer - and it was at that moment that he stopped knocking.

Mediums work the same way. “Are you having problems with a loved one? I see! This is ma... bra... sister! When the fortune teller begins a phrase, she reads by the eyes, by facial expressions, whether her answer coincides with the correct one. And he simply changes his words.

No responsibility. The advantage of divination is that fortune tellers have escape routes. If suddenly a clairvoyant gave the wrong answer, this does not mean that she is a charlatan - it’s just that the spirits, the Universe, and the cards refused to speak. There is nothing to be done about this: perhaps the client has “black eyes”, “damage with a lock” - he will have to come for an additional session to remove all this divination.

Read who else can deceive you:

Are you actively looking for an answer to the question: “How do fortune tellers deceive people?” Do you want to dissuade a relative or friend from believing in fortune tellers? Are you looking for confirmation of your guess that all fortune tellers are charlatans and their fortune telling is not worth a damn? You've come to the right place. In this article we will try to show in detail how fortune tellers deceive people. And how, in the end, to rid your family and friends of dependence on their advice and fortune-telling.

Why do people believe fortune tellers? The answer to this question is simple - because fortune tellers know how to psychologically influence a person, what to say to him so that he believes in her words. As a rule, fortune tellers do not say anything specific, but only general phrases that can be successfully applied to any of her clients. After all, the problems with which people turn to fortune tellers are typical:

My husband left for someone else, what should I do?
Will I ever get married?
why do I get sick often?
how to cure a child?

People are looking for answers to these questions, and fortune tellers give them answers that cannot be double-checked. This is simply impossible. For example, a husband left for another woman because she bewitched him. Or you are sick because you have been damaged. But you don’t get married because they put a wreath of celibacy. Well, what can you say in response to such statements? All that remains is to believe.

Why does she believe fortune tellers?

It is always easier for people with a visual vector to believe than to double-check. We, the audience, are often constantly in fear, for ourselves, for our lives, for our future or for the future of our loved ones, for example, children. And it seems to us that someone, for example, a fortune teller, can make sure that everything will be fine. At the same time, we believe in this with all our hearts - simply because it’s easier to live this way.

Moreover, the visual vector, naturally endowed with imagination, helps a person literally really see what the fortune teller is telling him. For example, suddenly “remember” that a month ago my right elbow hurt, and six months ago I had a leg injury. Although in reality this might not have happened. In general, visual people are naturally sick and easily take any of their illnesses or illnesses at face value. In the case when they are not very developed, they are very worried about their health, they are the ones who are ready to run around all the city doctors about any pimple. What if it's cancer? The opinions of three specialists on this issue will clearly not be enough. But in fact, the reason for all this is internal emotional swing.

Don't look down on visitors to fortune tellers - they really get a little bit of relief from communicating with them. Why do people believe fortune tellers? Yes, because after a session living with her becomes at least a little easier, illnesses recede, fear of the future goes away. I want to live and believe that everything will be fine in the future. The only problem is that this state is very short-lived - because sooner or later faith is broken by an unpleasant reality. Despite removed damage, diseases are returning again. Despite the conspiracy of the verdict, the old husband lives with his new wife and does not give a damn. Despite the removal of the celibacy wreath, no one gets married. Where to go with these problems? Again to her, to the fortune teller. Maybe not to this one, but to another, stronger one. Or maybe to a psychic - now they have become fashionable. And so, after another session of deception, which was so hard to believe, the clouds parted again, life began to be good again. How long? Oh, not for long.

In addition, the viewer is also inclined to attribute everything good that happens in life to the activity of a fortune teller. Maybe the husband returned on his own, but there was no illness.

How not to believe fortune tellers?

This is a good question - but it's the wrong one. It is very difficult to give up faith in fortune tellers, especially if you already have the habit of looking for answers to all your questions from her. Therefore, you should not expect that a girl or wife, after one-time admonitions or persuasion, or even after obvious evidence of the fortune teller’s untruthfulness, will stop visiting fortune tellers and psychics. She is used to doing this and this is what gives her relief. Just as a drug addict gets used to drugs, so a visual person gets used to believing, and therefore literally depending on the words of a fortune teller.

Backstage gazebo
Do magic tricks get rid of damage?

Fortune tellers who remove damage, who are they? Where do they get such amazing capabilities and abilities? How do they know everything?

Perhaps many people asked themselves this question, but few were able to comprehend the truth. This material will help reveal some of the secrets of powerful and not so powerful fortune tellers.

I wish I could tell my fortune...

- My baby! Damn you!!! - the fortune teller groaned when I entered the room, tastelessly lined with candles, littered with cards and handkerchiefs. In the corner rested a mountain of clothes, apparently hastily covered with a blanket.
And before that, the fortune teller was carefully watching me from the kitchen window as I slowly climbed out of the brand new car that I had borrowed from a friend for a ride. She was probably assessing my well-being. In order to give myself even more shine and shine, I put on six gold rings and two thick chains. Heels, a long robe and a little black dress completed everything. In short, it turned out to be a typical urban FIFA, clearly spoiled by male attention.

“Let’s go to the office,” the fortune teller suggested. “I suppose she came to tell your fortune.” But you need to remove the damage right away! Absolutely, otherwise they ruined your life evil people, so you can’t get married.

The office was practically no different from the first room - the same candles in all corners, decks of cards, mountains of clothes and the stale, musty smell of unwashed laundry. I defiantly pulled out a bottle of perfume and sprayed it around myself. It became a little easier to breathe.

Here I looked at the fortune teller itself. An overweight, pimply woman with sparse graying hair, a woman of about fifty introduced herself as Baba Nina. She did not look at all like a traditional gypsy, but rather resembled an old woman beaten down by life, who had not worked anywhere for a long time. Her hands were rough and unkempt. Does it really matter what a true master looks like?

A guess

I honestly admit that all the fortune tellers told me about the damage, except for one, who claimed that everything was fine with me, I was just not ready to start life again. And everyone, as one, tried to remove this very damage from me.

And so once again I went to a fortune teller, but if earlier I wanted to know my future, today I decided to carefully look at how the process itself goes. At one time, my friend exactly repeated the actions of a well-known healer of corruption in Grodno. This led to the idea that almost all fortune tellers who remove damage are ordinary charlatans who are fluent in psychology and... physics.

How damage is removed

- Well, what, are we going to remove the damage? — the fortune teller persistently asked me. I didn’t resist for a long time. Fortunately, I put all the necessary attributes in my purse in advance. Two eggs, holy water, a needle, a candle from the church - I took all this out and put it on the table. The fortune teller carefully examined the paraphernalia brought, then lit my candle, whispering something unintelligible. Then she suddenly jumped up to me and tore out a whole bunch of hair from my head. To be honest, I really wanted to curse, but I endured it. The fortune teller chose six hairs and told them to stretch them and keep them in that position. Then she took the needle, turned away from me, whispered something and brought it to my stretched hair. At the touch of the needle, they began to tear after each other. Only the last, sixth hair remained intact.

“Your aura is very strong,” the fortune teller diagnosed. “The damage has been done to you on your money, children, family, work and love, but your aura is strong, and therefore you need to remove the damage from all of this and you will be very happy.” Now we will check how strong your damage is.

The fortune teller ordered to hold the egg in her hands, and meanwhile she took a bottle of holy water and headed to the table where the glasses stood. She then lit the orange sticks and poured out the holy water. Literally a minute later she took the egg from me and broke it into a glass of water. The egg was literally boiled!

“Yes... You’ve been seriously harmed, baby,” the fortune teller diagnosed. - It’s okay, now we’ll fix everything.
Baba Nina grabbed a candle standing on the table and a piece of paper and began to quickly move them in a circle. The wax on the candle turned black. She carried out similar actions several times. Gradually the melted wax became lighter, and then completely became normal, without black streaks. The fortune teller turned away from me and began to whisper something. A few minutes later she handed me the second egg and told me to hold it in my hands. She turned to the table, poured holy water, lit the wand and performed a trick with the egg. This time it just floated in the water.

- That's all! The first stage is completed. Now we can tell our fortunes, but you will have to come to me a few more times. Next time, take with you a handful of candies, some sugar and a new deck of cards.

Drawings of fate on fortune telling cards

Baba Nina pulled out a deck from under the table playing cards. Dirty, shabby, with torn corners and worn-out designs, they apparently went through hundreds of hands.
I removed the cards several times. While the deck was being shuffled, the fortune teller asked various questions, as if to avoid silence. This went on for about 15 minutes. Finally, the deck was laid out, and the fortune teller began to tell me about my past. The conclusions of this lady only caused my sincere smile. The cards clearly failed the experienced card reader. She guessed only one thing - I’m not married. Everything else... To put it mildly, was far from the truth. I was assigned the ownership of an apartment, a car, and my own business, which (oh, God!!!) was soon in danger of collapse, unless, of course, I carried out a ritual of protection. Worship married men and congenital infertility completed the bouquet of my achievements. Well, what can I do, how can a stay-at-home matron who makes money exclusively by fortune telling on cards know that my son is already five years old. Everything would be fine, but the fortune teller was also wrong about my age by 9 years... But in the store they won’t sell me beer without a passport!!! Gentlemen, I confess, but cosmetics work wonders... In short, in her eyes (and maybe her cards) I appeared as a 35-year-old emancipated lady, focused on starting a family, owning her own business, owning quite a fortune and her own car. In fact, I am a not so successful unemployed journalist, daily reaping greens in the field of freelancing in the endless fields of the Internet. Little did the old woman know that this whole carnival was conceived to carry out the cruel idea of at least a little exposing the charlatans profiting from the misfortune of others.

A big fly in the ointment in a sweet barrel of honey

Omnipresent corruption! They save us from her, but she comes back again. Probably, there is a certain force that can influence our lives negatively, but modern psychologists argue that each person can sculpt his own destiny. We set ourselves up for troubles, we program ourselves for them. You just have to watch the acclaimed film “The Secret,” where the essence of all human existence comes down to the idea that the universe is an order table, where every human thought is presented as completely feasible. By and large, a person gets what he thinks about. If he thinks about debts, then they will appear and will constantly grow, if his thoughts are about success, then he will not keep himself waiting. And if our thoughts are about damage and troubles, then this will certainly appear in our lives. And the fortune teller’s task is to rip off as much money as possible and set the person up for success. How? But through those very simple manipulations that they do. How does this happen? Only at first glance it may seem that hair tearing at the touch of a needle and a boiled egg are something of the supernatural. I'll reveal these little secrets.

Needle and hair. It is difficult to understand how it happened that an ordinary needle tears hairs with a light touch. It's enough to heat it up. The fortune teller turns away for a few seconds and brings the needle to the burning candle. Hot metal will easily melt hairs. Black wax and paper? Try covering a burning candle with paper and start moving quickly. The wax will turn black. As the movements become less intense, the wax becomes less covered in smoke.

Here's an egg! This is necessary! It seems like something impossible. But there is a little secret here too. A lit incense stick helps mask the smell of vinegar or acid, which is poured in small quantities into the blessed water. An egg immersed in such an environment will naturally curl. Elementary physics!

Perhaps many have seen how home-grown fortune tellers predict fate. The process itself is preceded by a short conversation, which seems completely meaningless to clients. Most often, people go to fortune tellers when something happens. A grief-stricken person himself talks about everything that happened to him before. The job of an experienced fortune teller is to listen and remember all the information received. When the client finishes pouring out his soul, the fortune teller begins the process itself. And you don’t have to be an expert and a genius to understand that they won’t tell you anything special. You will tell the fortune teller the past yourself, based on your condition, the fortune teller’s complacency and the current situation. The ruler of the cards will simply repeat everything you said. Predicting the present is somewhat more difficult. Here the fortune teller draws conclusions according to your appearance, behavior, manner of behaving and speaking. A little acting skill and the fortune teller will be misled. But the future... Everything is much more complicated here. Most often it is a beautiful story, not based on anything. Just words, after listening to which, a person will begin to look for exactly what he was told. “Your husband will be a wealthy businessman with blond hair and green eyes,” the fortune teller will tell the girl, and she will rush to find her prince, without even thinking that this is just a setup, a little hypnosis, a psychological move. And nothing more.

A little experiment

To test the hypothesis about suggestion, I decided to act as a fortune teller myself, removing damage. Fortunately, my friend found many friends of abandoned and lonely women who had lost hope of finding their happiness. In my apartment I have one empty room, where we put a table and comfortable sofas, bought candles, borrowed candlesticks from an old neighbor for a couple of days, and hung heavy thick curtains with an unusual pattern. The office was ready. It was not difficult to dress me appropriately - my friend works in the theater. Cosmetics, a headscarf, several decks of cards, the notorious incense sticks, vinegar, jars on a table by the window... In a word, it turned out to be a kind of typical office of a professional fortune-teller.

I spent two days under the guise of a professional fortune teller. During this time, four women visited me. I didn’t take money from them - they were good friends of my friend, whom I had to serve for free (sort of like an acquaintance). A friend told me the life of each of them, so in the eyes of my clients I looked like a true professional with supernatural abilities. Is it a joke when you are completely stranger tells the past in the smallest details, which are known only to a narrow circle of friends. I removed the damage in exactly the same way as a real fortune teller. True, I burned my hands with a needle to the point of blisters! Eggs were also used - they demonstrated the power of spoilage. I poured too much vinegar once, so much so that even the yolk changed color. I don’t know how things are going with two of my clients, but one found a job, and the next day after the ceremony, the other’s husband returned, who left her back in March... Naturally, I have nothing to do with this... Just coincidences. Just yesterday my last client came to see me and asked to see her friend. I had to refuse. And potential clients called on my cell phone several times. She got out of it... And word of mouth in the city works very well.

In the world of charlatans and fortune tellers there is practically no place for feelings. Money plays a primary role in it. How to achieve success? It is enough to know psychology and physics and be an observant person, and a little more - an actor... Telling fortunes on cards will not be difficult, because it is very easy to convince a grief-stricken person. What then is our human role? A laid out deck of cards and that's it? And fate is decided, and there are no other ways? So we become puppets, the strings of which are in the hands of home-grown card lovers... And nothing more... Our lives are drawn, colors are given to it, but we do not want or are afraid to interfere with the pictures created by fortune tellers.
